Ok, so yesterday I did Day 1 of the Couch to 5K training....
Today.....It hurts to sit/walk/move in general. How in the world did I get soo out of shape. This really stinks....
I still hate running and I still love to eat but I will keep doing it because I would love to wear clothes that look good on me more!
Tomorrow is Day 2 of this week.....I can do it, I can do it.......
